1 mango, cut up
2 TBSP plain organic whole milk yogurt
2 TBSP key lime yogurt (Yoplait)
3 ice cubes
Mangoes are high in fiber, vit C, and beta carotene. I spoon-fed half of this to Julia and she LOVED it; usually she's not so enthusiastic about breakfast. The rest I thinned out with some orange juice and drank it up! Yum yum.
